If you have approached the company with your complaint but feel that it has not been dealt with to your satisfaction and would like to have the matter in dispute conciliated, please describe the facts of the case and your specific request -> request for conciliation.
Of course, you do not have to provide any legal arguments, as the söp team will clarify all legal issues (all appointed conciliators are fully qualified lawyers).
Whether a claim for compensation or damages exists against the company (referred to as the “respondent”) depends on several factors, such as whether the journey was made by train, long-distance coach or aeroplane or was completed as part of a package holiday.
